Gosh, this is an oldie. The entire table was black when I found it and I decided to sand the top and repaint the bottom black>

I personally am not a fan of black, but it definitely has it’s place. I recently repurposed a chest of drawers for my grandson who requested it to be black. I painted it gray first and then a coat of black on top. The gray would peak through the black. I stripped the paint from the original handles and used them. He loves it. And I think it turned out pretty good too!

Wow, some stunning pieces Nancy! I’m not a huge fan of black furniture or even dark furniture yet these look amazing.
