I’m sharing a bunch of napkin decoupage ideas today! Lots of things you can do with pretty napkins, the ideas are endless!

Hello, beautiful friends!

Let’s decoupage with napkins! If you’ve been around here any time at all, you know I love decoupaging with napkins. The design possibilities are just endless with them. And the things you can use them on are just about endless, too.

Today, I’m sharing a bunch of napkin projects I’ve done over the years. I hope you enjoy this round-up and it inspires you to pull out some napkins and get crafty too!

I’ve also created a bundle of napkins I’m selling. They are ones I’ve used in projects over the years (and pictured here), along with a bunch of new ones I just got and used for my DIY Air Dry Clay projects. You can find the napkin bundles here.

Napkin Decoupage Ideas

A small wooden chest with a checkered brown and purple pattern, decorated using paper napkin decoupage with two painted snowmen wearing hats and scarves, sits on a wooden surface. The word BEFORE is written in the bottom left corner.

This is one my favorites. So much so, that I kept this little box and use it in my dressing area to hold things.

A small rectangular box with a domed lid, decorated using paper napkin decoupage in colorful floral and butterfly patterns, sits on a light wooden surface in front of a decorative mirror and a blue glass vase.

Hop over and see how I did it and check out the pretty inside, here: Floral Napkin Decoupage Box

This Easter sign and sweet tin…

A round sign with a pink truck carrying Easter eggs and a bunny, reading Welcome to Cottontail Farms, lies on a marble surface next to an empty metal pail—perfect inspiration for napkin projects. The word BEFORE is overlaid on the image.

A wooden box and a rectangular object with a rabbit and leaves sketch sit on a counter. Text reads, Use this iron-on method of decoupage! Discover how to decoupage with the iron on method. The word BEFORE appears at the bottom.

And that time I shared how to use the “iron-on” method.

A floral arrangement with white flowers and green leaves in a decorative container featuring a rabbit drawing, perfect inspiration for learning how to decoupage with the iron on method, set against a white brick background.

By the way, is that not the cutest floppy ear ever??

Remember this one??

A tall mid century modern slatted bar stool with a curved back and seat stands outdoors on a painted wooden surface, with green grass and trees in the background. The word BEFORE is written at the top, hinting at an upcoming makeover.

Yep! I napkin decoupaged it.

This one got a whole new look, wow!

A wooden basket with the word THANKFUL in black letters sits on a white countertop, featuring a fresh basket update for spring. The word BEFORE is written in large black letters above the basket.

So pretty and perfect for spring.

This one was fun, and I ended up putting a little surprise on the back.

A rectangular wooden tray with metal handles and white oval accents sits on a white slatted surface. The word BEFORE is written across the center, awaiting its transformation with a makeover with napkin art.

Do you remember what it was??

How about some fall napkin art?

A bunch of artificial sunflowers, a galvanized metal bucket, a roll of burlap ribbon, and a decorative tile with a gnome in a truck filled with sunflowers create charming sunflower decor on a marble surface.

Cutest napkin ever.

A charming metal watering can adorned with sunflower decor and a playful gnome is brimming with bright yellow sunflowers and white daisies, tied with a burlap bow, and sits gracefully on a white table.

Love sunflowers! See all the details for this one here: Sunflower Decor For Fall

Six white decoupage pumpkins with napkins of varying sizes, each with brown stems, are arranged on a white surface. The minimal background draws focus to the unique pumpkins.

Plain pumpkins to pretty pumpkins with napkins. What a difference they make.

Three white decoupage pumpkins with napkins, featuring botanical illustrations of leaves, acorns, and pinecones, are surrounded by pinecones and autumn foliage for a festive fall display on a white surface.

And this napkin cutie for Christmas!

So sweet.

And for those of you new here, I recently finished a few new napkin projects.

A collection of small, white, handmade diy air dry clay dishes and a jar of Fusion paint with a paintbrush on a marble surface; sanding paper and crafting supplies are in the background.

I made air-dry clay bowls and painted them to ready them for a napkin decoupage.

Five small, decorative ceramic plates with gold edges—perfect for diy air dry clay projects—are arranged on a white surface. Designs include blue patterns, gold polka dots, and purple flowers. A hand holds one of the plates.

Love! I’m in the process of testing other clays and making more pretties. But until then, check out this post here: DIY Air Dry Clay

I even used napkins on UV resin.

A white paper plate with various translucent UV resin earring shapes—teardrops, circles, rectangles, and squares—on a marble surface. Craft supplies and packaging for learning how to use UV resin for decoupage earrings are partially visible in the background.

Imagine all the pretty earrings you can make with the multitude of napkin designs!

Several pairs of colorful, geometric decoupage earrings are displayed hanging on the rims of clear cocktail glasses, which are arranged on a wooden surface. The background shows more glassware, and the image is signed acv.

So fun! Every single one of those is a different napkin decoupage.

The word Nancy is written in elegant, flowing black script, reminiscent of Chalk Style Paint For Furniture, with a heart shape used to form the dot above the letter i. The background is plain white.

  1. Love all of these. Those earrings and bowls are so nice! You could sell those also. I bought some of the napkins you had and they are so pretty. Going to look at your spring projects with them again because I never got to use them. Life…things lol. Happy Spring!

  2. I forgot to mention. How do you like Fusion’s Alchemy paint line compared to their regular chalk paint? It sounds like it would be great paint and beautiful colors.

    1. You know, I’ve only used the new Alchemy line once or twice and I didn’t fall in love with it. I wouldn’t say I don’t like it but I guess I haven’t really used it enough to know. Partly because I just love their main line. It’s my absolute favorite!
