Here’s even more Black Friday goodness! (some are on sale, some are just things I love and want to share!)
This year I went for more of a minimalist Christmas. I’ll be sharing it all soon. I bought two new trees…one was a dud and one wasn’t! haha! So we only ended up with one new tree because we had to return the other. Such a bummer too because it had 1200 lights and around 10 different settings with white and colored lights. To be honest, though, it was quite bright! Almost too bright so maybe it worked out for the best as I don’t think I’d have enjoyed it much because of that. (one person said in the reviews something like “if you have a runway in your living room this is the tree for you!” because it was so bright…they weren’t wrong!! lol)
I still have the 3 flocked trees that I love (and they have held up great I might add, for oh, 4-5 years now, lights and all) but I was ready for un-flocked for a change.
This is the tree we kept.
That I almost returned! (then we’d have no new trees!lol) My only consideration on returning is because it’s quite heavy and the box is big and did I say heavy?? (storing reasons, it’ll be a bear) But the tree is lovely and thick and just beautiful. So we kept it!

I bought the cheap-y timered candles from Dollar General a few years ago and used them in our windows for several years. They were great and worked as expected BUT they weren’t very pretty. They were very cheap-looking.
So this year I upgraded. And I LOVE them!
They don’t look special but I’m telling you, they are very nice! They have a wax coating on the outside which makes them so realistic. And the flame looks really realistic too. You can make them flicker or not, dim or bright, and set a timer so they go on and off at the same time each day.

I love diffusers and this one is large! It lasts a long time, love that. I have this one and the smaller version of this too. This is perfect for having a holiday-smelling home. Cinnamon, Orange, and Spruce essentials are the perfect blend.

Looking for a new rug?? (we were!)
I just bought this rug for our “morning room” which is getting a little update. (I’ll share soon!) I haven’t even gotten it in yet as I took advantage of Boutique Rug’s Black Friday sale! (be sure to use code BF24!)
