I am a big fan of Nancy and Artsy Chicks Rule! BIG hug for having me over today.

Hello! My name is Malia and I blog over at Yesterday on Tuesday. What’s the deal with the name you ask?

Well, ever since my daughter was just a little bitty thing she loved to chatterbox (that hasn’t changed). She’d start every sentence with, “Yesterday… on Tuesday…” It didn’t matter if it was Thursday, Friday or any other day. She began her stories the same way. I thought that sounded like a friendly way you’d start to chat with a pal so I stole it!

I am an active Mom, wife, dog lover, crafter, cook, and DIY-er. I work at the local TV station here in Seattle where I am the “DIY Diva.” I also run the art program at my kid’s school with two other awesome Moms. We don’t have an art teacher so the parents pitch in.

Besides creating, I am on a never-ending quest to become a better Mom, wife, friend and tap dancer. I also want to learn how to speak French and get in shape. My taste in music ranges from anything circa 1980s to “modern” music and rapper Macklemore. Oh yeah I recently got to hang out with his crew and I am planning on writing a post about it.
