I am so excited to be sharing this lovely book (and my friend Karah!) with you all today.

*DIY Wood Pallet Projects: 35 Rustic Modern Upcycling Ideas to Personalize Your Space

DIY Wood Pallet Book Review

I had the pleasure of meeting (and doing a coffee table challenge with!) Karah at the Haven Blogger’s Conference this past July.
I had already “known” her in blogland and loved her projects long before that though.

She has done some amazing things that I just love.

Like this…

DIY Wood Pallet Book Review - Fish

Driftwood Fish…one of my all time favorites of hers! I’ve lusted after (that sounds bad, I know) that fish for a long time! ;)
But it’s true. I really have.

You may have seen that already but what you haven’t seen are all of the fabulous projects she created just for the book!

Like this “Easy Peasy Star”….

DIY Wood Pallet Book Review - Star….and how about this American Flag?

I love it!

The shutters… (I need these)

..or maybe this fabulous mirror. ( I need this too)

I see quite a few new projects in my future! ;) (I didn’t mention the other page over there….but do you see that goodness too? Seas the Day, for sure!)

And that is only a tiny sneak peek of what’s included in the book!

If you don’t believe me, take a look at the contents section here….

I don’t know about you but I LOVE holding a book in my hands. There’s just something about being able to flip through the pages.
And I also love a book with big pretty pictures so I know exactly what I’m making and how it’s supposed to look!
Don’t you?

And this one has that and then some.

It is available now on Amazon. Get it for yourself…or for the favorite DIY’er in the family!
You can purchase it here–> *DIY Wood Pallet Projects: 35 Rustic Modern Upcycling Ideas to Personalize Your Space

How exciting to have written a book about something you love?! I am so thrilled for her.
I can only imagine what it’s like to hold a book with my name on it…and my projects inside.

If you love vintage, rustic, pallet, farmhouse, coastal themed projects, then this book is for you. :)

Enjoy!!

  2. Hi Nancy,

I’m a new follower! You are my kind of gal! I’m an artsy chick too and am addicted to yard sales, garage sales and estate sales and love to paint just about everything. I’m sure I’ll find lots of inspiration here. Since I’m retired now, my hubby goes with me and now he’s addicted to up-cycling. I’d love to get my hands on that book. It looks inspiring! There is nothing like browsing through an eye candy book filled with decor ideas.

    1. Hi Sandy!! So nice to “meet” you! :)
It’s not hard to get addicted to upcycling/thrifting/painting! I don’t think so anyway! ;)
      I love it!!
      Happy to have you along!!

  3. I’m not going to tell you that I had several pallets from when we built and Philly pitched them all.

Okay, please forget I told you.

    I’m so ashamed.
